The Role



Your mission

As a Customer Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our small business accounts across our North American markets.

Our goal is to empower our customers by providing top-notch education and resources to enhance their workflow, increase revenue, and foster product loyalty. This role requires a data-driven approach to customer segmentation, enabling tailored programs and content that meet the specific needs of our diverse customer groups.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Education and Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive educational content, including text, video, and webinars, tailored to help customers maximize their use of our platform.

  • Data-Driven Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data to segment our user base effectively, identifying distinct needs and preferences to tailor onboarding, training, and educational content accordingly.

  • Onboarding and Training: Design engaging onboarding and training flows that enable customers to self-onboard effectively, ensuring a smooth and successful start with our services.

  • Self-Service Enablement: Create resources and tools that promote self-service learning and problem-solving, empowering customers to find answers and solutions independently.

  • Retention Strategies: Monitor customer engagement and develop strategies aimed at maintaining high satisfaction levels, ensuring long-term loyalty and retention.

  • Feedback and Improvement: Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, adjusting educational content and strategies accordingly.

We are looking for

  • Experience in Customer Education and Data Analysis: Proven track record in creating and managing educational content, training programs, and utilizing data for customer segmentation, preferably in the SaaS industry.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and informative educational materials.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in customer data analysis to inform content creation, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments to achieve common goals.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using and explaining SaaS platforms, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
