We'reseeking a proactive and experienced Senior Product Designer to drive the design vision for GoTo’s e-commerce and commerce systems, shaping how users discover, purchase, and interact within our products. You’ll join a diverse, international UX team with abundant learning opportunities and deliver high-quality design work across all platforms. Collaborating closely with the UX Manager, Product Managers, Designers, User Researchers, and Engineers, you'll play a key role in creating market-leading commerce experiences that put exceptional user experience at the forefront.
Your Day to Day:
Collaborate closely with your trio—engineering and product partners—as well as key stakeholders across the portfolio.
Drive end-to-end experiences by creating low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity design assets, journey maps, and service blueprints.
Own customer outcomes and drive a holistic, end-to-end vision for the user experience.
Facilitate design reviews, critiques, and workshops to ensure seamless stakeholder collaboration.
Leverage user feedback and data to inform design decisions, partnering with product management to help shape strategic direction.
Develop design concepts and solutions rooted in user needs, product vision, and technological capabilities.
Work with cutting-edge AI tools such as Figma Make and Dyad, bringing an AI-curious mindset to experiment and develop innovative, user outcome-focused design solutions.
What We´re Looking For:
5+ years of relevant industry experience in leading design in senior roles within e-commerce and SaaS products.
Ability to create design deliverables for the entire user experience,including design visions and initial concepts, workflows, wireframes, and polished visual designs.
Portfolio showing both Web and Mobile, with examples of shipped products including specific contributions in the design directions and decisions.
Passionto solve bigger problems andidentify opportunities to improve product experience.
Skills such as motion design, prototyping, front-end development, and experience incorporating findings from user research into designs are a big plus.
