Requirements
- 3+ years in a closing role, preferably in Healthcare Staffing, HR Tech, or SaaS
- Exceptional written skills (for high-conversion emails/texts) and persuasive verbal skills (for Zoom/phone demos)
- Persistence: A resilient mindset that thrives on high-volume outreach and navigating gatekeepers in the medical industry
- Digital Outreach Mastery: Experience using Email Marketing tools (Zoho) and SMS platforms for B2B sales
- CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, SMS/Email metrics, and deal stages in our CRM (Zoho)
