On GFiber’s Customer Marketing team, you’ll take a customer first approach to looking at our marketing communications through a variety of visual mediums - including email, push and SMS.

Role Description

As the Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will support customer-facing Lifecycle and CRM efforts to ensure GFiber customers receive timely, valuable communications across our various marketing platforms. You will play a key role in delivering on the program roadmap for our email program and how it is consumed across various channels including operations of the email infrastructure and marketing automation platform. You’ll work in partnership with our digital, brand and support teams to create best in class communications that inform, educate, and bring value to our loyal customers.

In this role, you'll:

  • Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing Lead to deploy customer marketing campaigns inclusive of creative development, vendor relations, and marketing automation operations
  • Drive the day-to-day intake and manage the campaign calendar across projects on behalf of the Customer Marketing team
  • Manage shared resources to execute campaigns through a highly collaborative, cross-functional process from conception to launch.

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • 4 years of experience in a marketing organization, consulting, or digital agency driving customer relationship marketing (CRM) and/or customer communications.
  • 2 years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Marketo.
  • Experience in overseeing and scaling customer marketing programs including creative, messaging, campaign execution, and operations.
  • Experience in developing and applying customer segmentation and analytics towards driving lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional, shared resources.

It's preferred if you have:

  • Experience with consumer centric telecommunications and/or software subscription service businesses.
  • Experience in content marketing via digital channels such as email, in-app, website, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience in using Google Analytics and in depth knowledge of cloud based marketing & CRM automation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo).
  • Experience with email marketing tools (i.e. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable), setting up email journeys, building audiences, monitoring automated programs and a basic knowledge of HTML.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $86,000 - $125,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
