At Goodnotes, we're looking for a CRM Platform Manager to own the technical operations and strategic enablement of our large-scale CRM campaigns and management. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our CRM platform, building and maintaining scalable segmentation logic, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to maintain and evolve CRM system architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working hands-on with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Proven experience managing CRM platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-to-end implementation of new features or use cases
- Strong understanding of user data flows, event tracking, identity management, and how CRM integrates with data warehouses or CDPs
- Comfortable with tools such as SQL, JSON, API documentation, and campaign logic (e.g., triggers, delays, conditions)
- Experience working with Engineering and Product teams on data instrumentation, system scalability, and experimentation infrastructure
- Ability to think proactively about CRM tooling needs and advocate for platform improvements that enable better campaign outcomes and user personalization
