Requirements
- Architect and lead the evolution of the platform, shaping long‐term technical direction and system design
- Own large, cross‐cutting platform initiatives end‐to‐end, from conception through delivery
- Drive engineering excellence by improving resilience, scalability, and developer experience across internal platforms
- Partner closely with internal customers and stakeholders to solve complex technical problems
- Mentor engineers and influence technical standards, sharing best practices across the wider organisation
