About This Position:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to bridge the gap between high-stakes incident response and the strategic security roadmap. This is a hybrid role: you will be the primary orchestrator during active security events while simultaneously driving the technical execution of our long-term Security roadmap.

You are a technical driver who understands cloud infrastructure and modern attack vectors. You will ensure that lessons learned from today’s incidents become the foundational requirements for tomorrow’s security features. If you thrive in the "calm within the storm" of incident response but enjoy the structured delivery of complex technical programs, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Incident Management & Response

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of security incidents, from initial detection and triage through to final remediation and recovery.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between technical responders and executive leadership, translating complex technical data into clear, actionable updates.
  • Optimize scalable response playbooks to standardize how the organization handles evolving threats and modern attack vectors.
  • Lead post-mortem retrospectives to identify systemic gaps and drive the implementation of long-term preventative measures into the engineering backlog.

Technical Roadmap & Program Execution

  • Drive the program lifecycle for technical security initiatives, managing everything from initial requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Translate business needs into crisp technical requirements that engineering teams can execute against effectively.
  • Partner with Security Leadership to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and meet our rigorous internal quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate trade-offs, managing technical debt and ensuring that our security solutions are built for long-term scalability.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a related analyst role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Incident response On-Call availability is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) and experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 are a plus.

Join G-P and be part of building a global security framework that enables opportunities across the world!

Globalization Partners, now known as G-P, embarked on its journey in 2012 with a revolutionary idea conceived by its founder, Nicole Sahin. Having witnessed firsthand the complexities companies faced when expanding globally – specifically, the need to establish legal entities in each new country – Sahin envisioned a simpler path. Her insight was to create a single, compliant entity in each country that multiple clients could share, thereby streamlining the process of hiring international talent. This foundational concept aimed to dismantle the traditional barriers to global business, making it feasible for companies to tap into a worldwide talent pool without the cumbersome and time-consuming process of setting up international subsidiaries. The early years saw steady growth, but soon the demand for G-P's innovative employer of record (EOR) platform began to surge, leading to rapid, year-over-year expansion.

This growth trajectory transformed G-P into a leading Global Employment Platform™, empowering businesses to hire, onboard, and manage teams in over 180 countries quickly and compliantly. The company's core mission crystallized: to make global hiring accessible, ethical, and efficient for businesses of all sizes, from startups to large enterprises. G-P's AI-driven, automated platform, backed by a global network of in-house HR and legal experts, became the cornerstone of its offering. This combination of technology and human expertise ensures that companies can navigate the intricate web of local labor laws, payroll, benefits, and tax compliance with confidence. Over the years, G-P has not only pioneered the EOR industry but has continued to innovate, introducing new products and features to meet the evolving needs of a globalized workforce. The company's commitment to customer satisfaction, consistently high ratings, and numerous industry accolades underscore its position as a trusted partner for companies looking to unlock global potential and build international teams with peace of mind.
