We are looking for an experienced and driven Chief Engineer to lead the definition and development of innovative products and systems in the field of electricity and digital substations. This role combines deep technical expertise with a strong research mindset, translating advanced standards and theoretical knowledge into practical, market-ready solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering (specialization in high current preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of combined practical and theoretical experience in electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of high-current systems and electricity standards
- In-depth understanding of power systems and power quality standards
- Solid knowledge of electricity grid structures and digital substations, including measurement and protection components
- Hands-on experience with control and protection systems in substations
- Strong system-level understanding of electrical engineering concepts
- Proven ability to translate standards into practical product solutions
- High capacity for learning and applying new concepts from theory to implementation
Responsibilities
- Define and support the development of new products and systems for electrical infrastructure and digital substations
- Develop algorithms to support measurement product development
- Drive advanced standardization initiatives in the field of power and high-current systems
- Work closely with R&D and Marketing teams to deliver practical, market-aligned solutions
- Translate theoretical concepts and industry standards into efficient, scalable product implementations
- Provide technical leadership across system design, research, and development activities
