A little bit about us:
A Career Enabling You to Make a Global Impact!
You will have heard about the term ‘energy transition’ and perhaps wondered what this means and how you can get involved. We can see fundamental changes in our daily lives, from the electrification of motor vehicles to reducing our dependency on fossil fuels through the increased use of renewable energy sources.

At GEV Wind Power, we are a key part of this transition and proud to be helping accelerate the change. Our role is critical in supporting power generation from wind energy, where we are the market leader in maintaining one of the key components – the rotor blades. If the blades become damaged or simply lose their structural integrity through erosion from wind and rain, their efficiency and ability to produce power reduce dramatically. Our job is to ensure the blades keep their profile and remain optimal for producing electricity.

A career with GEV means taking ownership of the challenges we face globally and personally contributing to a positive future for us all. You will also join a dynamic, team-oriented organization, where the culture is built around collaboration and driving change.

Don't hesitate, submit your application!

We are GEV Wind Power, a global market leader dedicated to the maintenance and repair of wind turbines. Our journey began in 2010, branching out from our origins in the oil and gas sector to meet the growing demands of the renewable energy industry. We recognized the critical need for specialized services to support the generation of clean energy, and since then, we've committed ourselves to ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of wind turbines across the globe. Our role is pivotal; we maintain the rotor blades, one of the most crucial components of a wind turbine. When blades are damaged or lose their structural integrity due to the elements, their ability to generate power is significantly reduced. Our mission is to make sure these blades maintain their precise aerodynamic profile to produce electricity at their maximum potential.

Our highly skilled and experienced teams of IRATA and SPRAT certified technicians are the backbone of our operations. They provide a rapid and cost-effective solution for a wide array of maintenance activities, often working at significant heights in challenging environments. We are proud to be seen on over 40 wind farms annually, both onshore and offshore, a testament to our leadership in the maintenance sector. We have established a significant global footprint with operational hubs in North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia. This international presence, with offices in Texas, Hull (UK), Szczecin (Poland), and Seven Hills (Australia), allows us to deploy our teams efficiently, minimizing turbine downtime for our clients. We are constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation, developing proprietary technologies like our Ventura Habitat, which creates a controlled environment for repairs, and our bespoke cloud-based reporting app, Collabaro, which streamlines project management and enhances efficiency. We are more than just a service provider; we are a dedicated partner in the global transition to a sustainable future, working tirelessly to power a cleaner world.
