The role involves coordinating interviews, managing the ATS, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in talent coordination, HR operations, or recruiting support, with exposure to end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
- Registered with the BIR as an independent contractor.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Self-directed and comfortable in a remote setup.
