Rundoo is a company that empowers independent supply stores with best-in-class technology. They are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to support their recruitment and onboarding processes. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing the ATS, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in talent coordination, HR operations, or recruiting support, with exposure to end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Registered with the BIR as an independent contractor.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Self-directed and comfortable in a remote setup.
