🎯 What You’ll Do
- Chat & Email Support: Be the first point of contact. Help users understand our platform, answer questions, and guide them toward their business needs.
- Troubleshoot Tech: Troubleshoot and escalate issues, finding creative fixes, and work closely with our tech and product teams to keep customer campaigns running smoothly.
- Onboard & Guide: Run occasional onboarding calls and coach new clients on best practices — turning beginners into confident GetResponse users.
- Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with colleagues to improve our tools. Your work contributes directly to the product roadmap and better tools.
- Shift Work: Work 5 days a week (Mon–Sun) in 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM — designed to fit around your lifestyle.
🚀 What You’ll Bring
- Languages:Fluent in Polish and English (C1+ level) and German (B2 level) – bonus points if you speak French, Spanish, or another European language.

💰 What we offer
- Transparent Salary: 6,000–6,500 PLN gross/month (employment contract), and up to 1,000 PLN commission for reaching goals. Additionally extra bonus for weekend work.
