Why does this role exist?
The Technical Partner Success Manager is crucial in ensuring a seamless transition for medical practices adopting our client's EMR platform. This role bridges the gap between technical implementation and client success by managing the entire technical onboarding journey - from HubSpot integration to data migration and payment system setup. The position exists to ensure each clinic goes live within 10 days of contract signing, with zero critical errors while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
The Impact you’ll make
RevOps Infrastructure Development- Architect and configure HubSpot portal with custom objects and boarding pipelines
- Deploy Intercom Fin with automated resolution targets
- Create comprehensive documentation using Loom
- Build and maintain Ops Hub code
- Lead technical discovery calls with clinics
- Create and manage field-mapping documentation
- Execute data transformation using SQL/Python ETL
- Implement and configure payment systems (EPX/Dwolla)
- Write detailed Jira tickets for backend team
- Perform QA on delivered code
- Maintain communication between development team and clinics
- Handle edge cases and technical escalations
- Train Client-Growth Success Managers on platform capabilities
- Conduct technical deep-dive sessions with clinic owners
- Document best practices and standard operating procedures
- Drive technical adoption and utilization
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- 3+ years in SaaS implementation, RevOps engineering, or technical CSM role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Enterprise
- Proven SQL proficiency and Python scripting capabilities
- Experience with REST APIs and authentication protocols
- Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

Work Setup:
