We are seeking a HubSpot Analyst to optimize and maintain our client's HubSpot ecosystem. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity, streamlining marketing workflows, and managing communication systems that drive business growth. The position exists to transform raw data into actionable insights while maintaining efficient automated processes that enhance customer engagement and operational effectiveness.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Proven track record in database management and cleanup
- Experience with workflow creation and optimization
- Demonstrated success in marketing automation
- Background in implementing communication integrations
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection

Work Setup:
- Remote position

- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters
- 40 hours per week
- $7 per hour
