About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our recruitment efforts. You’ll keep things moving, keep people informed, and help ensure every candidate has a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates—juggling schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting hiring logistics across multiple roles and locations.

In this role, you will:
- Schedule interviews and manage communications between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
- Coordinate calendars and send confirmations, meeting links, and reminders to ensure a seamless process
- Sort and prescreen resumes to identify qualified candidates and forward to the appropriate recruiter
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support job postings, sourcing efforts, and candidate outreach when needed
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding tasks
- Help streamline processes and improve tools to create an efficient, candidate-friendly experience
- Represent the company with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm throughout the hiring journey

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, administrative, HR, or coordination role
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and calendar management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Ability to sort and assess resumes to help identify strong candidates
- Interest in growing your career in talent acquisition or human resources

Salary is $50,000-55,000 annually plus KRA bonus eligible.
