Summary
Join our team as a Training and Design Coordinator and play a crucial role in enhancing our communication and training initiatives for WI Medicaid. This position involves creating impactful graphic design work, coordinating training efforts, and supporting various communication workgroups. You'll work closely with multiple levels of our Division, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our communication materials.
Your role in our mission
- Maintaining awareness of all ongoing and upcoming provider training and design work.
- Creating graphic design work for WI Medicaid.
- Supporting communications workgroups and serving as a liaison between Gainwell and DMS Communications.
- Assisting with video trainings, animations, and graphic design for training and publication materials.
- Creating and maintaining processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitating meetings aimed at creating visuals for diverse platforms.
What we're looking for
- Experience in communication practices, principles, and procedures for both on-site and online presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Camtasia.
- A degree in graphic design or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- The ability to work independently and understand/apply federal, state, and local regulations related to human resources.
What you should expect in this role
- Work from home (This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within Wisconsin)
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
- Full-time (40 hours a week)
- Most benefits start on first day of employment
- In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
The pay range for this position is $54,300.00 - $77,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
