Job Overview:
As a Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional solutions that meet both technical and business requirements. Your expertise in Clojure will be instrumental in developing efficient and scalable backend services.

Role Expectations:

• Mastery of Clojure, adeptly utilizing its features to code with precision and efficiency, enabling seamless execution of tasks and projects.
• Strong understanding of functional programming concepts and paradigms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, set priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision, exhibiting strong self-management skills in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3 years or more experience as a backend developer
• Experience in Clojure (will be required to pass a coding assessment in Clojure)
• Fluent in English
