The Role
Fresh Clinics is rapidly expanding in the U.S. and is looking for a customer-centric Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll report to our U.S. Head of Growth and Customer Success, playing a critical part in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients.
As an early team member, you’ll be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships with our customers, primarily entrepreneurial nurses launching and growing their Med Spa businesses. Your expertise in customer relationship management and deep understanding of the aesthetic will be essential in driving client retention, satisfaction, and growth.

A Week in the Life:
Manage & Grow Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring their success with Fresh Clinics.
Drive Customer Success: Provide strategic guidance to customers, helping them maximize their use of Fresh Clinic’s offerings and achieve their business goals.
Retention & Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships, including adding additional services and solutions.
Customer Advocacy: Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine our offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solve: Proactively identify and address client challenges, ensuring a seamless and supportive customer experience.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with business development, clinical, marketing, and product teams to improve the customer experience.
Track & Report: Monitor key account metrics, track customer health, and ensure proactive engagement to mitigate churn.

We’d Love for You to Have:
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role within a healthcare or MedTech company.
Experience in the aesthetics industry with a familiarity of the relevant products and services.
A track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and HubSpot.
