You will be a highly confident and motivated individual, passionate about data and analytics and ideally with prior experience in hospitality or retail sector. The role requires collaboration across teams including Sales, Project Management, Customer Success, Support and Product.
You will work closely with Fourth’s prospects and customers understanding their business and configuring the Fourth Analytics Solution to meet their requirements, creating value and maximising growth opportunities. You will develop a deep understanding of the Analytics platform, be a subject matter expert for US Analytics Solution and build a good understanding of the US core solutions.
You will build great relationships both internally and externally and act as an ambassador for the company and our products.

The role . . .

  • Deliver and lead US Analytics customer implementations, including coordinating internal and external project resources and maintaining project plans/timelines
  • Setup and configuration of Analytics solution including data integration, dashboard configuration, data reconciliation and testing and user management tasks
  • Provide training and support to US support team, and US consulting team involved with standard implementation activities
  • Conduct customer training and drive user adoption of the solution
  • Work with product management to channel customer feedback into possible future development of the solution
  • Support sales opportunities through the sales cycle, maximizing chances of sales success and perform the following key functions as part of the pre-sales process
  • Creation of solution training content for the Fourth Academy and Fourth’s Knowledge hub as well as design and delivery of materials for face-to-face training sessions (where applicable)

The ideal candidate . . .

  • Experience consulting with customers and ability to quickly understand requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong presentation, solution demonstration and communication skills.
  • Intermediate skill level with Excel
  • Ideally basic (or intermediate) SQL knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to timelines
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Focused, with a high attention to detail
  • Driven to deliver to standards of excellence
  • You are analytical, logical, organized, and creative.
  • Friendly, polite, professional and flexible
  • Passionate about using data and analytics to drive business performance
  • Demonstrate confidence, using initiative and self-motivated, with a strong desire to self-develop knowledge and skills
