Join Fortuna's team as a full-time medical call center agent working remotely from the comfort of your home. We are searching for seasoned high-volume call center professionals with a minimum of six months' experience in call center operations. Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius of Anchorage, Alaska. Proficiency in Office 365, adeptness in handling a fast-paced, high-volume of calls, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. We'll provide the necessary home office technology equipment and comprehensive paid training to ensure your success in this role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work remotely, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Complete a 4-week remote training program with no absences.
  • Handle incoming calls, address customer or provider inquiries, or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
  • Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics.
  • Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history.
  • Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Minimum one (6) months of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings.
  • Typing skill level of 30 WPM and 95% accuracy.
  • Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism.
  • Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50 Mbps is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
