Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, sales operations, or program management.
- Proven success designing and executing programs that drive seller behavior change and performance improvement.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement technologies.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, seller workflows, and customer interactions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Confident operating in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated interest in developing leadership capability through influence, mentoring, or project leadership.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence without authority.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and empowering sales teams to succeed.
