Current medical plans offer both a PPO and HDHP with HSA option and provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas using the national Blue Choice PPO Network. Dental plan is through BlueCare Dental Network and vision plan is through VSP Network.
Paid Parental Leave
Forgen supports the growth of our employee's families through generous parental leave benefits afforded to both primary and secondary care givers. With 12 months of employment, primary care givers can receive up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave for the birth, adoption or foster care placement of a child and secondary care givers can receive 2 weeks of paid parental leave for bonding.
