Focus Group is seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Advisor to provide high-quality 2nd/3rd line IT support across Office 365, Windows Server, Azure Virtual Desktop, and MS Teams. The role involves responding to queries, managing escalations, and ensuring excellent customer service, alongside assisting senior engineers with root cause analysis and service improvement. Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in an IT Support role at 2nd/3rd line level.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy, DNS, Backup solutions (Veeam & Acronis), and virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware).
- Experience supporting Windows Server (2016+), SANs, Intune, and MDM applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proactive and methodical problem-solver who thrives in a team environment.
