Flux is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to own customer success end-to-end, partnering with product, design, engineering, and growth teams to empower customers to successfully design electronics with Flux.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field)
- Experience designing PCBs or electronic systems
- At least 3 years in customer-facing technical roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot circuit designs and explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
