As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, communicating, and executing the product roadmap for Flipp's Channels Platform. You will work with a cross-functional team of product designers, engineers, marketing and analysts. A leader and an influencer, getting cross-functional alignment and driving teams to deliver compelling products that address shopper and merchant customer needs, on time and with great quality.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

  • Accountable for effective product backlog management; develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) and prioritize based on the overall product strategy and business objectives.
  • Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs & problems through data analysis, product discovery sessions, direct input from stakeholders and conducting research.
  • Develop and own the product roadmap. Work with internal customers to analyze the needs and align the product roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Frame customer problems to explain why improvements are needed, and how they fit into the product roadmap/strategy.
  • Work with Engineering, Agile Delivery and Product Design to function effectively as a cohesive development team.
  • Lead & motivate the team to consistently deliver high quality products on time.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 2+ years of software product management experience taking B2C/B2B products to market and seeing them through multiple iterations.
  • Technical background, or experience working with technology products.
  • Strong analysis skills: Understands what questions to ask, where and when to ask them.
  • Excellent product management skills (discovery, delivery, optimization)
