At Flinks, Product Operations and PMO work hand-in-hand to bring big ideas to life and deliver them to clients, fast and flawlessly. Product Ops connects the dots between Product, Tech, and Commercial teams, turning strategy into action with a focus on clarity, quality, and continuous improvement.

Under this umbrella, our PMO leads projects and drives client integrations across our suite of products — including Payments — ensuring smooth, efficient onboarding and delivery. Together, we’re the engine that powers innovation at scale.

What You’ll Do 🔥

You’ll lead the end-to-end technical integration process for clients adopting our enterprise Payments products, ensuring smooth execution from onboarding to post-launch. Acting as the primary technical contact, you’ll work closely with clients, commercial teams, and internal tech teams to deliver reliable, scalable payment solutions.

Your role will include:

  • Owning the integration process – defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring timely execution for Payments implementations.
  • Leading client communication – acting as the trusted technical advisor, translating complex payment concepts and APIs into clear, actionable guidance for clients and stakeholders.
  • Driving project execution – collaborating with Architects, Developers, and QA to ensure successful deployment of payment integrations.
  • Managing risks – proactively identifying potential roadblocks, including compliance, security, and technical challenges, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover – equipping Relationship Managers and Technical Account Managers with the necessary documentation and insights for ongoing client support.
  • Tracking key metrics – monitoring project timelines, resource allocation, and completion rates, while providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Optimizing workflows – continuously improving integration processes and incorporating client and partner feedback into future enhancements.

You are:

  • A skilled communicator – able to translate complex payment APIs, workflows, and technical concepts into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented – you anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Detail-oriented and organized – you excel at managing multiple concurrent payment projects while ensuring alignment between client needs and internal capabilities.
  • An adaptable leader – comfortable navigating ambiguity and making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Technically confident – experienced with fintech integrations, payments processing, or API-based solutions, giving you the ability to navigate complex ecosystems with ease.
  • Knowledgeable in SDLC – familiar with software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and working closely with engineering teams.

Nice to haves:

  • Fluency in French
  • Knowledge of payment systems, payment rails, and fund flow management
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and API authentication methods
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or financial services, especially in payments or transaction processing
  • Understanding of compliance and security considerations in payment solutions (e.g., PCI-DSS, fraud monitoring, KYC)

Product Ops crée les liens entre les équipes Produit, Tech et Commerciales, pour transformer la stratégie en actions concrètes, en mettant l’accent sur la clarté, la qualité et l’amélioration continue.
Sous cet ensemble, notre équipe PMO dirige les projets et gère les intégrations clients à travers notre gamme de produits — y compris Payments — afin d’assurer un onboarding efficace et une livraison sans friction. Ensemble, nous sommes le moteur qui permet l’innovation à grande échelle.

Ce que vous ferez 🔥

Tu mèneras le processus complet d’intégration technique pour les clients qui adoptent nos produits Payments pour l’entreprise, en assurant une exécution fluide de l’onboarding jusqu’au post-lancement. Agissant comme principal contact technique, tu collaboreras étroitement avec les clients, les équipes commerciales et les équipes techniques internes pour livrer des solutions de paiement fiables et évolutives.

Ton rĂ´le comprendra :

  • ĂŠtre responsable de l’intĂ©gration – dĂ©finir la portĂ©e, gĂ©rer les risques et assurer l’exĂ©cution dans les dĂ©lais pour les implantations Payments.
  • Diriger la communication avec les clients – agir comme conseiller technique de confiance, en traduisant des concepts de paiement et des API complexes en directives claires et exploitables pour les clients et les parties prenantes.
  • Assurer l’exĂ©cution des projets – collaborer avec les Architectes, DĂ©veloppeurs et Ă©quipes QA pour garantir le dĂ©ploiement rĂ©ussi des intĂ©grations de paiements.
  • GĂ©rer les risques – identifier proactivement les obstacles potentiels, qu’ils soient liĂ©s Ă  la conformitĂ©, la sĂ©curitĂ© ou la technique, et Ă©laborer des stratĂ©gies d’attĂ©nuation.
  • Assurer une transition fluide – fournir aux Gestionnaires de relation et aux Gestionnaires de comptes techniques la documentation et les informations nĂ©cessaires pour le soutien continu des clients.
  • Suivre les indicateurs clĂ©s – surveiller les Ă©chĂ©anciers, l’allocation des ressources et les taux de complĂ©tion, tout en fournissant des mises Ă  jour rĂ©gulières au leadership.
