The ideal candidate for this role will work closely with leaders across the business to drive insights, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making. Your impact
Financial Planning Analysis
- Support the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models that connect operational performance to financial outcomes.
- Partner with department leaders to manage spend, track performance, and provide insight into key trends.
Reporting Insights
- Own preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analyses and executive dashboards.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to the VP of Finance Strategy and senior leadership.
- Help design and automate reporting processes to improve speed and accuracy.
Data Systems
- Collaborate with Accounting, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Heap).
- Streamline data workflows, automate recurring analyses by leveraging existing and/or new systems, and enhance our financial tech stack.
Strategic Analysis
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives like GTM efficiency, pricing, ROI of investments, and operating leverage.
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including new product launches, pricing changes, and capital allocation.
Your experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in FPA, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling (bonus if you’ve used tools like Metabase, Mosaic, or Cube).
- Comfortable working with data: strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into insight.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys partnering across functions.
