Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative logistics technology solutions from concept to deployment.

• Lead scalable backend development using Django REST Framework for asset tracking and route optimization.

• Manage the design and architecture of the entire platform, including backend, frontend, and database systems.

• Build responsive, real-time React dashboards to improve operational visibility and decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Ensure secure, high-performance, and high-capacity systems through strong coding and architecture practices.

• Establish CI/CD pipelines, maintain code quality, and mentor engineers to uphold best practices.

• Continuously explore the emerging technologies to enhance digital logistics performance and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development across backend, frontend, and database systems.

Skills

• Proficiency in full-stack development using Python (Django REST Framework), React.js, and relational databases.

• Strong foundation in software architecture, API design, and secure, scalable system development.

• Ability to build real-time dashboards, integrate data workflows, and optimize application performance.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and English communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

• Fluent in written and spoken English with clear technical communication skills.
