The Role
We’re looking for a Problem Solver with a proactive, growth mindset, and a passion for getting things done.
You’ll take ownership across operations, product, and customer experience — helping us scale existing products and launch new ones. No two days will be the same, and your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take initiative will be key to success.

Requirements
- Own and drive key product and operational initiatives from idea to execution.
- Solve real customer problems by connecting customer research, business objectives, and solution design.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Operations) to build and improve our value propositions.
- Ship, test, and learn in fast iterations.
- Take ownership of results, holding the highest standards of yourself and colleagues.
