Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a high growth startup
• Experience with AI first products would be a plus
• Prior experience building 0→1 or scaling product features
• High ownership and bias for action
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and actively using them in day-to-day work
• Familiarity with prompt iteration, evaluation, or output quality frameworks
• Good product sense with an eye for UX/UI (especially dashboards and user-facing features)
• Metrics-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
