Finvi is looking for a Solutions Architect.
This position will be remote.
The Role
As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success. You’ll guide prospects and customers through the solution design process—understanding their needs, mapping them to our platform, and ensuring a smooth path from first demo to full deployment. This role is part strategist, part builder, and part partner. You’ll get to design scalable solutions that help customers unlock real value—fast.
The Solutions Architect will be the go-to technical advisor for prospects and customers evaluating and implementing our platform. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design solutions that solve real business problems using our workflow engine. Your job is to understand customer needs, map them to platform capabilities, and ensure smooth adoption of our product. This is a strategic, customer-facing role perfect for someone who loves solving complex problems with a consultative approach, thrives with early-stage products and wants to shape how our product is positioned and implemented. To be successful in this role, you must have Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry experience

What You'll Do
- Act as the product and technical point of contact during pre and post-sales activities and early customer onboarding
- Lead discovery conversations to understand business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions
- Translate business needs into product configurations, custom scripts, integrations, or extensions
- Design scalable architectures using our platform’s configuration tools, APIs, and integrations
- Deliver tailored demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept to showcase product value
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap priorities based on customer feedback (add resolving product gaps)
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful go-lives and long-term customer success
- Contribute to solution playbooks, reusable assets, and implementation best practices, constantly seeking areas for improvement of tools and processes
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to mid-market and enterprise customers
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Implementation Architect, or similar role must have experience in the RCM Industry
- Experience with SaaS platforms—specifically a workflow solution with various degrees of configuration
- Experience with developing and influencing the processes to deliver new-to-market products to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business process design, workflow automation, or system integration
- Comfort working with APIs, data models, and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
- Comfort working in an early-stage startup: ambiguity, rapid iteration, and ownership
- Technical fluency (e.g. APIs, data models, scripting languages like JavaScript or Python)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work with technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity with an early-stage product
- A passion for helping customers succeed and a collaborative approach to work

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is [USD $100,000 - $120,000 per year].
Finvi has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location). Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Finvi, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and equity. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
