The Opportunity

The Sales role at Facet is unlike any other in the financial services industry. We have stripped away the "noise" of traditional sales—no high-volume cold calling, no relentless prospecting, and no unattainable quotas. Instead, we’ve created a role focused entirely on high-impact communication, the psychology of decision-making, and the thrill of helping someone take the first step toward a better life.

As a Senior Financial Sales Representative, you aren't "selling" a complex, opaque financial product; you are a consultant for a service that solves a universal problem. Because we use a transparent, flat-fee model rather than charging based on assets (AUM), you can stand behind every conversation with 100% conviction.

What You’ll Do

  • Have high-value consultations with leads provided by our robust lead-generation engine.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new, qualified leads, guiding prospects through a life-changing decision via video, phone, and email.
  • Clearly explain Facet’s unique flat-fee membership model and how it bridges the gap between a prospect's current financial stress and their future goals.
  • Work in lockstep with our Planning, Member Experience, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless journey for our members.
  • Engage in structured professional development, including weekly group training on key topics and weekly 1:1s focused on your personal evolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in financial services or fintech, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts (retirement, investments, tax, and estate planning).
  • A deep passion for learning; you view sales as a sophisticated skillset requiring constant refinement.
  • Excellent listener with the ability to build rapport and guide prospects through complex emotional and financial decisions.
  • Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) and comfortable in a remote-first, digitally-focused environment.
  • Motivated by the goal of bringing financial freedom to the millions of Americans the industry has traditionally ignored.
