About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated innovative Community Development Rep with strong relationship building and negotiation skills to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in community outreach, provider education, and territory expansion in the healthcare sales and services field.
While the organization is 100% remote with no in-office work expectations, this position will include frequent local travel within the assigned geographic territory.

What you would be doing at Expressable
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other relevant stakeholders
- Implement a mix of inbound and outbound strategies to raise awareness of Expressable’s unique clinical approach.
- Manage provider accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries, referrals, client updates, new initiatives, etc.
- Execute sales plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis within the assigned region to meet targets
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of sales activities and account details.
- Utilize marketing materials and clinical resources to support sales efforts
What you bring to Expressable
- At least 3 years experience in healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical sales
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a geographically-distributed team
- Competency in office productivity and collaboration tools such as MSOffice/Teams or Google Suite and Slack. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout a geographic territory
- As this is a fully remote position, you must have reliable internet connectivity.
