What is our proposal?

In this role, you will be responsible for helping design solutions and owning the development, testing, release, and support of applications. You will also provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, and maintainable on the Salesforce platform.

What will be your main functions?

• Build, test, and deliver the appropriate technical solutions
• Enhance overall solution design, data analysis, workflow, and reporting
• Work with internal stakeholders to analyse business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
• Ensure and maintain the configuration of our CRM
• Participate in development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment
• Assist in the estimation of work effort and set a realistic schedule for development

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as Salesforce developer

• Build solutions around CRM Salesforce (Flows, APEX Triggers, API Integrations, Lightning Components, General declarative programming)
• Develop comprehensive Architecture Diagrams and Technical Documentation
• Managed web service API integrations
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues on Salesforce platform end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers)
• Attention to detail with the ability to analyse and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users
• Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
• Good written and verbal communication skills including fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience in development and/or configuration around Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I
• Both Agile and Waterfall Project Delivery experience
• Experience in the Travel industry
