Job Description

ExeQut is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise-level software development projects under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between US-based clients and our technical teams, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and project success.
This is a remote role with working hours aligned to US client schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams.
• Manage end-to-end software development projects with strict deadlines and enterprise-level scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely execution.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and proactively create mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT consulting.
• Strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects under slim deadlines.
• Prior experience working with US clients is essential.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken written).
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
