Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a result-driven Tech Sales Manager to expand our client base and strengthen long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT sales or software services, understands technology-driven solutions, and is skilled at closing deals with both startups and enterprise clients.
Requirements
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (startups, enterprises, and global partners).
- Present and promote Evertech’s staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and engineering services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of proven experience in Tech sales, business development, or account management (preferably in software services, outsourcing, or staff augmentation).
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development cycles, and technical terminology.
- Demonstrated success in building pipelines and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and Arabic languages.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
