Middle Project Manager (Pre-Sale)

ETEAM is a seasoned digital product agency specializing in transformative growth for different types of businesses, from VC-backed startups to the largest company in the world, for the last decade.

On behalf of our future client, ETEAM is looking for a Middle Project Manager on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution.
• Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Implement and maintain project management tools and processes to track project performance.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager role;
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira is preferred.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
