Paid vacation
Cantilever employees' holiday depends on the laws in their respective countries. We offer paid 155 hours of paid leave per year for both full-time contractors outside of the US and Denmark, along with up to 48 hours a year of sick leave.
Co-working space budget
We will pay for a Co-working space near you, chosen at our discretion. We will pay for time to cover at least the hours you do work for us (but not necessarily more). If you want to work at home instead, we will give you a stipend for Home internet, scaled to your hourly involvement.
Birthday dinner
On or around your birthday, please enjoy dinner on the company! Please go out or order in, and submit the receipt as an expense in the platform associated with your region. Please spend up to $25 per person in your household. Pets count as people, and you can get them special food they like!
Healthcare benefits
We provide health reimbursements through a QSEHRA which is managed by Take Command Health. This is a health reimbursement plan which you can use to pay for your insurance and other medical expenses tax-free. Employees who are eligible will submit receipts in Take Command Health. Learning and development budget
We want to ensure that you are receiving the training and development you need to succeed at Cantilever. By default will promise $100 per quarter for each team member to complete some sort of professional development. If there is something that goes beyond that amount within a given quarter check with your manager for approval.
Snacks
All Cantilever team members are eligible for reimbursement for snacks for their home office. Please purchase your own snacks and submit for reimbursement in the platform that applies to you (Gusto for US, in Dinero for Denmark, Xero for rest of world) There is no strict limit but please don’t purchase more than $40/month( 250dkk) worth of snacks without permission, or $20/month (130dkk) for part-
