We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic Global Head of Value Engineering and Enablement to lead us through our next stage of scale—toward €500M+ in revenue and global market leadership.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity—one that sits at the heart of Esker’s transformation into a unified, intelligent, and aligned sales organization across 15 countries.

What You’ll Lead

  • Define and execute the global vision for value-based selling, sales enablement, and presales effectiveness.
  • Drive alignment across regions, verticals, and product lines to ensure consistent messaging and selling approaches.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks, playbooks, and processes to scale best practices globally.

Team Management

  • Build, lead, organize, and develop the Sales Enablement, Value Engineering, and Presales teams.
  • Set objectives, manage resources, and foster skill development to ensure high performance and career progression.
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales leadership to drive adoption and effectiveness.

Sales Enablement

  • Design, codify, and continuously improve global sales collateral including playbooks, battlecards, case studies, and training content.
  • Establish and manage onboarding programs to shorten ramp-up time for new sales hires.
  • Select, deploy, and optimize sales productivity tools (CRM, content management, RFP tools, demo tools).

Presales

  • Oversee qualification and response processes for RFPs, pitches, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and ensure smooth hand-off to Professional Services post-sale.
  • Liaise with Product Management to relay customer requirements and feedback.

What You Bring

  • 12+ years in Sales, Presales, or Value Engineering roles in a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 5 years in leadership.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling global enablement and value engineering programs.
  • Track record of driving measurable improvements in sales productivity and win rates.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred; sharp business acumen and influencing skills essential
