Which tasks can you expect?
- Design and manage integrations between SAP and other Systems like SucessFactors, Workday, Workforce Software etc.
- Ensure technical quality and good performance of integration solutions.
- Solve technical problems in integrations within SAP
- Maintaining and Developing SAP products
- Cerating and maintanta of web services
What do you have to offer?
- Years of experience: 5+ years of SAP integration within complex HRIS projects, like Workday-SAP HCM integrations
- Functional knowledge:
- Strong understanding of business processes within SAP module (HCM).
- Knowledge of advanced integration techniques and best practices.
- Technical knowledge:
- Extensive experience with SAP ABAP 4, Web services, IDoc, RFC, PECI and other integration tools.
- Mastery of ABAP programming and advanced data transformation logic.
- Extensive experience with large-scale data migrations and integrations
- Familiarity with advanced middleware technologies and API management.
Certifications: SAP certifications in ABAP is nice to have
Soft skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills.
Leadership skills: Able to mentor medior consultants.
Client-facing skills: Frequently interacts with clients to provide strategic consultation on integration solutions.
