As a Senior Solution Architect, you will analyze and further develop the HR system architecture with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, conceptualize and implement integration scenarios, and provide consulting on best practices for various SuccessFactors modules.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Experience in at least one additional SuccessFactors module
- Experience in Pre-Sales or excellent presentation skills
- Understanding of integration architectures (SAP CPI, BTP, APIs)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics
- Hands-on mentality for project delivery support
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
