As we continue to expand our presence in France, we are looking to enhance direct sales of our entry-level forklift series, particularly targeting markets traditionally focused on used equipment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager France to grow our presence in the French market by targeting non-branded dealers, used equipment dealers, and after-sales service providers. This role is perfect for a proactive sales professional who is ready to dive into a fast-paced environment and drive widespread adoption of our entry-level Lithium Ion Forklift trucks across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target and penetrate markets dealing with used equipment and non-branded dealerships.
- Identify and engage potential new accounts all over France, focusing on introducing and establishing the EP brand within these channels.
- Conduct regular visits to used equipment dealers and after-sales service providers to promote EP Equipment’s entry-level forklift series.
- Manage full sales cycles from initial contact through to the delivery of the truck, including product demonstrations and negotiations.
- Provide training and support to new customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to successfully sell and support EP products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of EP Equipment in France.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the material handling industry, with a strong understanding of the dynamics and demands of the sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French and proficiency in English.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively across France to meet business demands.
- Driving license and a good driving record.
