Requirements
- 5+ years directly managing consumer brands in Amazon/eCommerce environments
- 2+ years in team leadership, confidently growing, training, and managing agency staff
- Demonstrated track record in agency account direction, with successful multi-brand management and paid media strategies (Amazon PPC and DSP highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent high-performance experience)
