Sr. Amazon Ads Account Manager

Reports to: Account Director

Location: Remote, Ideally: NYC, Boston, Denver, SLC, Chicago, or Seattle

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000, OTE between $120k and $130k

Role Overview

We’re looking for atalented and driven Senior Ads Account Managerto join our growing team in 2026. In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic and hands‑on leader for your clients’ Amazon advertising initiatives. You’ll take full ownership of performance, partner directly with brand stakeholders, and develop bold, data‑driven strategies that deliver measurable growth. Working closely with internal specialists across creative, DSP, reporting, and SEO, you’ll help shape cohesive, high‑impact campaigns across both Amazon Search and DSP.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own and manage theend-to-end advertising strategyacrossAmazon Search and Amazon DSPfor a diverse client portfolio
  • Take a hands‑on approachto campaign management — building, optimizing, and scaling initiatives to exceed KPIs
  • Analyze performance datato uncover insights, guide strategic pivots, and drive continuous improvement
  • Leadclient calls and strategy sessions, serving as a trusted partner and growth advisor
  • Stay ahead ofAmazon’s evolving ad ecosystem, including beta programs, policy changes, and new platform features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive alignment between advertising, branding, and retail strategy
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and helping elevate team processes and performance
  • Keep clients informed onnew Amazon tools and opportunitiesthat can unlock additional growth

What Sets You Apart

  • 3–5+ years of experiencein Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP).
  • 2+ years of agency experience, managing multiple client accounts.
  • Expert inAmazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools like Pacvueor Perpetua.
  • Proven success improvingROAS, drivingrevenue growth, and surpassing performance goals.
  • Amazon Ads and DSP Certificationspreferred.
