The Manager, Leadership role oversees planning, co-design, and execution of EO's Leadership Academies, including Regional Leadership Academies (RLAs) and the Global Leadership Academy (GLA). This role partners with internal and external content providers, and subject matter experts to develop curriculum and learning experiences aligned with EO Leadership Principles and delivers exceptional member value and experience.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of program development and project management
- Proven experience in designing and executing leadership or learning programs
- Background in learning and development with some facilitation experience required
- Experience working with diverse teams, in terms of geography, culture and time zone
- Progressive experience in leadership team coaching and organizational development
