Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with a strong background in Web3 projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable AI solutions that leverage blockchain technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with ethical standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Develop and oversee the architecture of AI systems that integrate with blockchain technologies, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the design and deployment of AI solutions within Web3 environments, from conception through to production release.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation detailing the architecture, components, and methodologies used in AI solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives meet organizational needs and objectives.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and industry regulations, particularly in relation to data privacy and algorithmic bias.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, blockchain technologies, and Web3 trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in AI architecture roles, with significant experience in Web3 projects and blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, smart contracts).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and tools for machine learning model development.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure design.
- Knowledge of identity management protocols and serverless functions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement; strong leadership capabilities to mentor junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with decentralized applications (dApps) and cross-platform mobile app development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of enterprise service bus architectures.
