As our UI/UX Designer (m/f/d), you will:

  • Shape and drive the overall UX strategy, ensuring a consistent, user-centered approach across our inspection and security applications.
  • Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to thoroughly understand user needs and workflows.
  • Design intuitive UI/UX solutions that make complex robotic data and operational workflows clear and actionable.
  • Collaborate with product, robotics, and AI teams to translate technical requirements into thoughtful interface designs.
  • Contribute to key topics such as accessibility, device & browser compatibility, internationalization, and usability best practices for professional B2B applications.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using industry-standard design tools.

    • Hands-on experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
    • Solid understanding of accessibility standards and how they enhance B2B interfaces.
  • Tools:Proficient in Figma or similar design tools, with familiarity in project management platforms (e.g., Jira, GitHub).
  • Soft Skills:Excellent communicator, highly collaborative, and user-driven with a hands-on mentality.

NICE TO HAVE
  • Awareness of front-end technologies such as React or TypeScript.
  • Experience with component libraries, design systems, and working alongside developers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and understand technical constraints.

helpful additional qualifications
