We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Java/Python Fullstack Engineer (21616) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend and backend environments
  • Develop backend services and APIs using Java/Spring Boot as the primary technology stack
  • Build and support backend solutions using Python/Django where needed
  • Develop responsive and modern frontend applications using React
  • Design and implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka
  • Build and maintain GraphQL APIs and integrations
  • Work with SQL and/or MongoDB databases to support application scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to define technical priorities and business solutions
  • Contribute to data platform initiatives using technologies such as Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena
  • Ensure high code quality through testing, peer reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices
  • Participate in architecture discussions, troubleshooting, and system optimization efforts
  • Support agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot backend development
  • Experience developing backend services with Python and Django
  • Solid frontend development expertise using React
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
  • Experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and/or MongoDB databases
  • Familiarity with scalable distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Product management exposure, particularly working with GTM teams and engineers on prioritization initiatives
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf
  • Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure automation practices
  • Experience working in fast-paced product-driven environments
