The role requires exceptional leadership to establish project management rigor in product R&D for world-class new product development execution. The program manager will be responsible for taking a product from Concept to Manufacturing Release by working closely with cross-functional partners throughout the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in the Test and Measurement or related electronics industries.
- Deep technical knowledge of a particular wireless communication and electronics test market segment or application.
- Broad experience across Mixed-Signal, RF, wireless communication, and aerospace test applications.
- Proven ability to lead, to manage and to develop senior technical talent.
- Strong understanding of wireless communications, semiconductor, aerospace, and electronics production and validation test markets.
- Experience in working with dynamic cultures & countries, as part of a global organization
- Excellent verbal and written English skills required.
- Travel: This role is expected to travel internationally with 5% travel expectations.
