Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or business management with at least 7 years of related work experience
- PMP Certification (PMI) required
- Bilingual (English–Spanish) required, with the ability to communicate technical concepts across diverse teams
- Minimum 7 years work experience (post-college)
- 5+ years project management experience
- Experience in medical device, contract manufacturing or automotive industry preferred
