Requirements
- Develop and carry out a Territory Growth Plan along with distributor and partner as main channels
- Mentor distributor team in sales activities including forecasting, opportunity pipeline management and review
- Establish and maintain relationships with key business contributors of the territory
- Optimize channel coverage and channel conflict
- Create demand that can be driven by a Partner and deliver on job training to partners
- Understand challenges from 1st hand engagement, ensure customer success from initial engagement to lifecycle end
- Collect market insights and articulate the territory's potential, account insights and opportunities win/lost reasons with competition information
