Manage territory revenue growth and customer success by bringing to bear NI resources and partnerships. Develop and mentor distributor and partner sales channels for increased effectiveness and efficiency, and build a strong partner network for long-term success.

Requirements

  • Develop and carry out a Territory Growth Plan along with distributor and partner as main channels
  • Mentor distributor team in sales activities including forecasting, opportunity pipeline management and review
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key business contributors of the territory
  • Optimize channel coverage and channel conflict
  • Create demand that can be driven by a Partner and deliver on job training to partners
  • Understand challenges from 1st hand engagement, ensure customer success from initial engagement to lifecycle end
  • Collect market insights and articulate the territory's potential, account insights and opportunities win/lost reasons with competition information
